Yarra Valley Printing Shipping Policy
- All items will be posted via Australia Post unless otherwise notified.
- Orders shipped within Australia take on average 3 to 5 business days.
- All orders that are postmarked and leave our facility are no longer the responsibility of Yarra Valley Printing. We have no control over items once they are in possession of Australia Post. If you have issues with shipping after products have left Yarra Valley Printing, that issue needs to be addressed between the buyer and Australia Post.
- If your order is damaged in shipping please contact Yarra Valley Printing upon receipt of order. Please send pictures and claims to yarravalleyprinting@gmail.comto have the damages addressed.
Yarra Valley Printing Return Policy
**Return Note**
All sales on printed items are final, and not returnable.
Choose carefully, and please use the size guides accordingly to determine sizing. If you are unsure, please contact one of our staff for a sizing sample pack to be delivered.
Returns on non printed brand new clothing (ie: pants) will be accepted within 7 days of order being received.
- We do not accept returns due to the fact you did not buy your product on sale.
- We do not accept returns because you found a better price somewhere else after the sale has been paid for, completed and shipped.
- If you placed an order and received the wrong product please email the details to yarravalleyprinting@gmail.com and we will gladly accept your return and send the correct product.
- All orders placed are final. If you need to return an item or need a replacement due to shipping problems please email yarravalleyprinting@gmail.comand let us know what the issue is so we may assist you.
